Select data in proficloudV3

Hello, I have a struggle with selecting my data from the plcnext program in PROFIcloud. I selected the ‘proficloud’ ticks, so the variables should be available. I’ve made a query and a visualisation, but in the query I am not able to connect those variables. I’ve selected the right uuid, but I can’t find those variables. How am I able to do this? Arne

Hello, Can you see the values in the TSD Device Manager (at www.proficloud.net), when you select the device? If not, then check one of the following things:

                                             * Is the time of your PLC set to UTC time?
                                             * Is the Gateway-Adress set correctly?
                                             * Is your PLC connected to the proficloud (check in the web based Management of your PLC)?
                                             * Are the selected variables in PLCnext Engineer set as OUT-Ports?

The TSD Service in Profucloud V3 (at www.proficloud.io) is not supported so far. Regards, Arno
