Currently i’m trying to get a VPN connection going with a:
AXC F2152 (HW: 04 FW: 2023.0.0 LTS)I’ve setup a proficloud connection, this is online and i’ve installed the ixon connecter which is also running and visable under PLCnext Apps:

at step 9:
Start an SSH client (e.g. PuTTY) and connect to your PLCnext.Default username: admin. Default password: visible on the PLCnext’s housing.If you previously registered this device and it’s still listed in the IXON Cloud, make sure to first turn on Recover upon next registration before you continue.I run into a connection problem

Is this something anyone else also ran into, the PLC is available in the proficloud and clearly has an out going internet connection. It is behind a firewall where i have no acces to, could ask ICT to open a specific port if i know which is causing the problem.
