String variable write in OPC UA Node red

Hello, I’m trying to write an string variable from an OPC UA Client in Node Red that contents the status of one node. I’m only receiving in the OPC UA Server variable the first character of the whole string. For example; when it is written ‘active’ in the server side only comes ‘a’. Thanks Angel

Hello I just made a flow using the node ‘status’ wich really returns the status of a node. you will just have to extract the exact part of the status you want, and write it to an OPC-UA variable. you will find my example in the last part of this blog : here Maybe this will help you.
