Support required for IEC 60870-5-104 RTI/Master in AXC F 3152 PLC

We want to create "IEC 60870-5-104 RTI/client/Master " in AXC F 3152 PLC to communicate with IEC 60870-5-104 RTU/server/Slave.
Is it possible to create IEC 60870-5-104 RTI/client/Master in PLC using ReSy10x_V3016_Lib-20230907135008 library.
Is there any other options to read from 104 RTU/server/Slave?

please use the „Contact Developer“-Button in PLCnext Store | ReSy10x - RemoteSystem 60870-5 to send the Library requests. You can download the library and use it for 10 days to test the functionality/IEC 60870 protocol without licence.

Hi,
We have purchased the Resy10x library. In the help of that library mentioned that this library not supports IEC 60870-5-104 RTI/client/Master. we want to know which phoenix contact library supports IEC 60870-5-104 RTI/client/Master. if it is available in any other library then we are ready purchase that library.
