Support select before execute command in iec60870-5-104 smart rtu

Dear Sir/Madam
I apologize for this inconvenience. This is the second time I post this problem in here.
I’m using SMART RTU for Gateway Protocol ( IEC 60870-5-104 Downlink into IEC 60870-5-104 Downlink). Please see below picture.

Everything was OK, Except Select before Execute Command can’t work.
In previous post, Phoenix’s supporter guided me that „Project work / I/O-Parameter setting / Double command output“. But I believe that this is setting for digital output on extension I/O module of smart RTU.
I still don’t fine solution for my problem.
I really hope to have the team’s support one more time.
