Hello PLCnext Community and PhoenixContact Team,
we are using IO-Link devices which have different modes and provide different process data layouts for every mode.
Example: DV2130 by ifm electronic - see screenshot of IODD below
If you import an IODD to PLCnext Engineer and add the device to a port of e.g. “AXL E PN IOL4/0” or “AXL F IOL8 2H”, the process data list always contains only the first process data layout.
The “Parameters” Tab for the device will be updated once you switch the operating mode, but the data list remains with the wrong variables.
Is there a feature to select which process data layout PLCnext Engineer is using for an IOL-device?
If not, is this a planned feature for one of the next updates?
