Tech support PLCnext store (app create incomptatible Firmware error)

Hi PxC Team;
I’m working on creating a draft app, but just as I was about to finish the process, this error appeared.
I’ve never had this problem before when I’ve created several apps before. Any ideas on how to fix it?

Another thing I noticed is that it does not allow me to select any of the boxes to select the type of controller.
