Hello, I’ve got problem with one of my AXC F 2152. On that AXC there was installed solution app (Pump station) from PLCnext Store. Now I want to uninstall that app (I know I should do that from PLCnext Store website), but it seems that AXC have got some problem with connection to Proficloud. The controller is connected to the Internet and I can ping www.proficloud.net Do you have any suggestions hot fo fix this status?
I’ve check the date about one week ago and it was OK, but Proficloud was still unreachable. Today there is some progres, because „The Proficloud is reachable and available.“, but Proficloud Connection State remains at „Connecting“ state. So I still can’t uninstall that PLCnex Store app.
