I’ve noticed that since updated to 2019.6 and 2019.6.3, the ESM_DATA.ESM_INFOS[1].TICK_COUNT is always zero. I’ve SYS_TICK or TICK_COUNT in the past to get a more granular time measurements lower than the task cycle time. So the TICK_COUNT would be very useful. Is there something special I need to do to enable this counter, or do I not understand the function of TICK_COUNT? Thanks,
Since the 2019.6 update, the TICK_COUNTER always shows zero. Please look at the change notes. Instead, you can write your own tick counter as the timer function blocks now allow times below 1 ms.
