I have a Phoenix touchscreen which we used for the old cotrollers (1050), but now we are trying to connect it to the new controllers (AXC F 2152), but it says: File not found! While when I open the exact IP address in my browser I can see my HMI screen. Is there something I am missing in the new PLCnext engineer software?

this WP 10T does not support the ehmi HTML5.
It does only support Web Visit
The microbrowser can not display the EHMI of PLCnext PLCs.
You need a BWP 2070 or WP 4000. kind regards,

Hi Vince, go with an WP4000 series. I did the same mistake when I needed a new HMI fast. Was only looking that the new HMI could run HTML 5 but that did not go to well. I managed to get a temporary system running and installed later the WP4000. The BWP is an option but the WP4000 is the better choice in my opinion.
