Unable to Connect to Chronograf Interface

Hello,
I have an EPC1502, I use it to collect data from other PLCs and via Node-Red send them to the chronograf database with Influx DB.
It worked perfectly until yesterday, when I tried to connect to the Chronograf interface in the 8888 port and the browser sent a message saying it can´t access it. I have tried other browsers (mozila, edge, chrome) and nothing changes.
I have conencted via SSH and with the htop command, I can see the Influx and chronograf processes running…
Have you ever noticed any similar problems or do you have any advice on how to solve it?

sorry for the late response.
I can’t say what caused this and haven’t seen it myself yet. Do you have any idea what might caused this? - Anything specific you did before it crashed?
In such a case, I would recommend a factory reset, sorry. I can’t say what caused this and haven’t seen it myself yet.
If you are doing so, it would be a good timing to just update to the new Firmware 2022.0 that just got released.
If you need any help with the update, please let me know.

Thanks for your answer. I have no idea what may have caused it, but as you suggested I did a factory reset and now it seems to work properly.
I am about to try the new Firmware too! Looking forward to see what it includes!
