Unable to Install NumPy on PLCnext AXC F 2152: Is NumPy Incompatible with AXC F 2152?

When attempting to install NumPy using “pip install numpy” on the PLCnext AXC F 2152, an error occurs and the installation fails. Is it not possible to install NumPy on the AXC F 2152?

The AXC F 2152 does not have the required build tools to build python packages from source.
