I am online with proficloud, shown in WBM, also my device shown active and ok in proficloud.io
My metrics are shown as well, I assigned few int and real tags,
But when I create dashboard, it doesn’t show any data
I have put germany time and date in plcnext, my plcnext firmware is HW: 02 FW: 2021.6.0 and have used plcnext engineer software both 2021.6 and 2021.9
here are few errors in logs
What coloured LEDs are lit or flashing on the front of the PLCnext Control device?
Are you able to go online to the controller with PLCnext Engineer, and see the values changing in the PLC?
The date and time in the PLC should be set to Universal Time, currently 1 hour behind Central European Standard Time.
Does the „Notifications“ page of the Web-Based Management site show any recent errors?

in order to use the metrics within the TSD Service you need to assign them to the Service first. Within the Device Management Service view you can find the TSD Service in the Device Information. There you can assign your metrics in order to use them in the TSD Service (see Screenshot). I hope this solves the issue, if not please let us know…

I had assigned metric and plcnext tags has values as well however it shows no data

I just saw in your earlier post that you have set the RTC to German time it needs to be set to UTC Time, this should normally „just“ result in an offset in the TSD Service by 1/2h (I saw in your screenshots, that you are just looking at a 1h timeframe). Can you give it a try and set it to UTC?
