Hi engineers, I am facing the problem that I can only successfully connect to Proficloud via node-red, is there any way I can send data from PLCnext engineer to proficloud through node-red? I try the usual way is to select Out port and tick Proficloud but it is not possible,i also try by the way : take OPC UA is intermediate like the picture below , still doesn’t work, please help me, thanks

Hello,
you have to activate Proficloud access in the WBM of the AXC. After that you can register your device in the Proficloud. The variables tagged as Proficloud will appear there and can be visualized.
If you want to use Node-RED to send data to the cloud, there are different ways to get data from the PLC into Node-Red
1. via OPC UA Client as described
2. There is a PLCnext Connector available that uses the REST API [node-red-plc-next-connector (node) - Node-RED (nodered.org)](https://flows.nodered.org/node/@kjgalr/node-red-plc-next-connector)
In the flow above it looks like you missed an important step in the Proficloud node. There you need to create a virtual UUID. This UUID then must be used to add this virtual device to the Proficloud.
You should also check that the device is connected to the internet.
Thanks for your advice
My device can’t connect to the internet,i can’t ping 8.8.8.8, can anyone help me teamview connect to the internet? The Asian office I contacted but did not respond
I understand that someone in your local Phoenix Contact office has now been in touch with you. They should be able to check your network setup and help you get your PLC connected to the internet. If not, please let us know.
This is info about my IP address, can you help me fix it ?
