Is there a possibility of something else under the first Libraries, or will it always be Libraries, then Libraries(this one actually has libraries in it)?
At the moment the plan is that it will always be Libraries, then Libraries.
This results from “features” (limitations?) of the UI component used to implement this hierarchy.
